All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.
We aim to package and ship your items within 2 business days of receiving your order (custom orders may take longer) A confirmation email will be sent including tracking details where appropriate.
Parcels are sent via Pass The Parcel and SquishyMcDo clients will need to select the relevant option at checkout. There is an additional cost for rural delivery. Please select this option if you live on a rural (RD) address.
Domestic clients can expect to receive their orders within 2-3 working days under normal circumstances. If you have not received your order within 7 days please get in touch.
Shipping costs will be calculated for most international destinations at the time of ordering. You will need to proceed through to the checkout process and enter your address so that we can calculate the cost, you can cancel the transaction after we advise the cost if it is not acceptable to you.
While NZ Post advises overseas customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-10 working days it often takes longer. Please contact us via email if you have still not received your order within 15 working days.
Any local customs and duty charges for orders placed from outside New Zealand are the responsibility of the client receiving the goods from SquishyMcDo.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please get in touch with us by email within three days of receiving your purchase.
While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of yarn some difference in colour may occur between screens. We are happy to exchange for an alternate colour but the yarn must be returned to us within 14 days of the date printed on the invoice, by tracked postage, and must be returned in its original condition (i.e. not wound into a cake or smoke damaged). In this case all shipping costs will be at the client’s expense. SquishyMcDo will not exchange/refund custom orders.

We are happy to exchange for an alternate colour but the bag must be returned to us within 7 days of the date printed on the invoice, by tracked postage, and must be returned in its original condition (i.e. not used or smoke damaged). In this case all shipping costs will be at the client’s expense. SquishyMcDo will not exchange/refund custom orders.
While we do our best to accurately represent content of workshops, from time to time we change this in order to meet participant requirements and knowledge base. From time to time we need to find new venues and this is out of our control. We will not refund fees if we move venue within a distance of 40km, or change more than 20% of the content to work with participant request, as learning needs to be flexible in a modern environment. If participants are unable to attend they must give 14 days’ prior notice otherwise no refund will be given.
If your goods (yarn or project bags) are flawed or damaged let us know within 7 days of receipt. You’ll need to return the damaged goods to us. If possible, we will replace the damaged goods. If this is not possible we will offer either a refund or replacement item of similar value (where possible). All shipping costs for faulty items (return and replacement) will be at our cost.
Please note milling industry standards allow for up to 3 knots/joins per 100g skein so this is not considered to be a fault. Products being returned/exchange will need to include a note with the reason for the return, customer’s email address and shipping address, so that SquishyMcDo can attend to this as a priority.
